Laboratory / Radiology

The mission of the Laboratory services at Wind River Family and Community Health Care is to provide our patients with quality testing services. We offer a large menu of testing that is done in-house at Arapahoe, Riverton and Ethete. Results are available usually within one hour. We have licensed Medical Technologists, Medical Technicians and Phlebotomists performing blood draws and testing services. We utilize LabCorp for tests that can not be done in our local laboratories. The tests sent to LabCorp may take two to seven business days or longer if they are highly specialized.

The mission of the Radiology services at Wind River Family and Community Health Care is to provide quality X-ray images that are sent to a physician group that reads the images and sends the reports to your provider. Radiology services are available in Arapahoe, Riverton and Ethete. We have two types of staff that are licensed by the State of Wyoming to take X-rays. One is a Radiologic Technologist and they are licensed to take any type of standard x-ray. We have Radiologic Technicians that are limited to certain x-rays that they have been licensed to perform.  On occasion we may not be able to perform the x-ray needed at a location.

Laboratory and Radiology are open at all locations:
Monday – Friday: 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.
After Hours Clinic is open: 1:00p.m. to 10:00p.m.
Friday – Monday and is located in Riverton.
